Tea: the Way to Internal Peace

I know some folks would argue that coffee is the #1 beverage, but tea is copiously consumed by about 75% of the Earth’s population. The whole ritual of tea is in itself peaceful and harmonizing, unlike drinking coffee, which has a hurry-up-and-get-moving mentality attached to it. Just wanted to share this lovely article – it includes my personal favorite online tea store, Teance. Their teas are the equivalent (to me) of a Zen garden in full bloom, with me standing in the center, at one with myself. Doesn’t get much more harmonious than that. Read on:
